Monogram launches inaugural kitchen design awards
The GE Appliances-owned luxury brand is inviting designers, architects and builders to submit projects through Nov. 30 for cash prizes and editorial coverage.

The GE Appliances-owned label has opened submissions for the inaugural Monogram Iconic Kitchen Design Awards, a program recognizing designers, architects, builders and remodelers whose work shapes the luxury category. Entries run through Nov. 30. “Celebrating extraordinary design has always been at the heart of our brand,” said Julie Burns, executive director of Monogram , in a statement. “The Monogram Iconic Kitchen Design Awards recognize the designers, architects, builders and remodelers whose work continues to raise the bar for luxury living while inspiring the future of kitchen design.” By the numbers Submissions span four categories, including contemporary, traditional and transitional kitchens, plus a “Beyond the Kitchen” category covering sculleries, wine rooms and entertaining areas. A panel of design-world judges, among them Monogram creative director Richard T. Anuszkiewicz and designer Jean Stoffer, will weigh entries on criteria including design excellence, functionality and the integration of Monogram appliances. Each winner receives a $25,000 grand prize and editorial coverage in a Hearst design title such as House Beautiful, ELLE Decor or VERANDA, while runners-up collect cash prizes of $10,000 and $5,000. All 12 finalists will be hosted at the Spring High Point Market celebration. Finalists will be revealed at KBIS 2027 in February, with winners announced at High Point Market in April.
