Wells Fargo is beefing up its beauty offering with its latest hire.

The investment bank has tapped Anthony Giuliano as a managing director and head of beauty and wellness in consumer and retail investment banking .

He joins from Perella Weinberg, where he was a partner. Previously, Giuliano held investment banking positions at Nomura and Barclays.

Giuliano has advised on more than 100 deals across beauty and wellness over the past two decades, including for companies such as the Est e Lauder Cos., Procter Gamble, L Or al, Shiseido, Henkel, Edgewell, Colgate, Unilever and Coty, among others. Notable transactions include advising Est e Lauder on its $2.8 billion acquisition of Tom Ford; advising KKR on its $4.3 billion acquisition of Wella, and advising Henkel on its acquisition of Not Your Mother s Haircare.
